Currently, we are looking out for business development people who can create opportunities for growth. Project Executive’s primary duty is to grow the company by achieving sales and profitability objectives for new projects and clientele. Project Executive will accomplish this under general direction and is responsible for developing gross sales and production of large volume SOLAR POWER projects in a specific regional area.

Principle Business Development Duties:

  • Promote SMART SOLAR SOLUTIONZ to building owners, developers, planners, architects, engineers and any appropriate sales lead by increasing brand awareness, prospecting and engaging new clients, coordinating public relations efforts, attending and participating in trade shows, participating in professional and/or industry organizations
  • Demonstrate and apply complete understanding of all aspects of Solar business with policies of different states / divisions necessary to build confidence in prospective clientele
  • Understanding of financing options available for the development and be able to communicate individual program requirements to clients and staff
  • Identify profitable marketplace opportunities
  • Monitor project announcements on a daily basis to generate leads in government or private institutions.
  • Build and manage long term relationships and partnerships with key and target clients to generate leads (both Private and Public projects)
  • Follows up on project leads identified by other staff members
  • Tracks projects, with consistent contact to project team members, from concept through contract award
  • Attends pre bid conferences, is primarily point of contact to outside contacts, communicates all relevant information to estimating staff
  • Develop, prepare, coordinate and execute presentations and proposals, with estimating staff participation, to existing or new clients
  • Works with estimating staff throughout Design Assist process to ensure Clients goals are achieved and pre development schedule is maintained
  • Close clients, awarding Smart Solar Solutionz project contracting opportunities

 Principle Project Management / Client Relationship Duties:

  • Work with Senior Project Management staff and Clients to ensure that the Clients expectations are regularly being met and monitor Owner satisfaction.
  • Engage existing clients on future opportunities.

Training / Employee Development Responsibilities:

  • Initial cross market training
  • Continuing education to expand knowledge based working conditions


  • Frequent traveling is expected
  • Work in an office and field environment
